Plus Free Foundations Course

Every Foot Fixer includes full access to Lawrence’s Foundations Course — a clear introduction to how your feet are built, how they should move, and how to turn that into a short daily practice that compounds over time.

This is not a quick tutorial you watch once and forget. It is a structured education. You learn what to do, why you are doing it, and how to listen to the signals your body sends back, so every session on your own carries meaning and intention.

You do not need any prior experience. Set the Foot Fixer on the floor, follow the steps, and most people feel a real difference in their first session — more sensation, more stability, more awareness of how they meet the ground.

It looks simple. That's the point.

More Than a Piece of Cork

The name is a little tongue in cheek. Lawrence does not fix people — and your feet are not broken. They have simply spent years in cushioned, narrow shoes on flat, hard surfaces, getting very little information from the world.

The Foot Fixer does not “correct” your feet or force them into a shape. It gives them a clean, honest signal — texture, pressure, subtle instability. Your body feels that signal and reorganises around it.

Wakes up the foot

The Foot Fixer brings sensation back to the soles of your feet. You start to feel where and how you are loading with every step, instead of moving on autopilot.

Restores the natural arch

It encourages your foot to find its own tripod — heel, base of big toe, base of baby toe. Over time, the arches learn to carry load and return it, instead of collapsing or bracing.

Builds balance that lasts

Working on the Foot Fixer trains the small stabilising muscles in the foot and ankle. Single leg balance becomes easier, not because you are trying harder, but because your system has more information and spring.

Supports running mechanics

Healthy running needs a foot that can accept load and give it back. The Foot Fixer helps your leg spring work as elastic recoil at three times bodyweight, instead of impact you have to survive.

Releases long‑held tension

The gentle, targeted pressure softens grip in the toes, plantar fascia, and calves. As the foot lets go, the hip and pelvis have room to move more freely upstream.

Calms the nervous system

Slow, rhythmic work on the Foot Fixer, paired with breath, brings the body out of “fight or flight.” A simple daily ritual signals safety, groundedness, and ease — not just to your feet, but to your whole system.

Who It's For?

For runners. For athletes. For anyone who has forgotten what their feet can do.

It’s especially useful if:

  • Your feet feel numb, tight, or tired after runs or long days on your feet.
  • You are a masters athlete who wants to run well for another 3–5 years, not just finish out this season.
  • You feel strong in the gym, but unstable when you run or walk on uneven ground.
  • You coach athletes and want a simple, effective way to bring the foot back into the conversation.
  • You spend most of your day in shoes or at a desk and want your feet to be part of your movement again.

You do not need to be injured to use the Foot Fixer. It is for anyone who wants better information from the ground and a more confident relationship with their own feet.

Complete the System

  • The Flow Rope teaches rhythm and rotation from above.
  • The Foot Fixer restores feel and spring from below.

Together they work the whole system — head to feet.
