This isn't a fitness platform.It's a way of life.

LVL UP Movement is Lawrence van Lingen's online movement community — a living, breathing space built around one belief: that a better-integrated body leads to a better life.

Inside you'll find live weekly classes, guided breathwork, strength sessions, and direct access to Lawrence — all structured around his method of movement that addresses the body as one connected system, not a collection of parts.

For any age. Any ability. Accessible on any device, from anywhere in the world.

WHY THIS METHOD WORKS

Rebuild Trust In Your Body

Few people’s bodies are truly organized. Most are compensating — trying harder, not moving better. Every element of LVL UP Movement has been designed around one question: what does your body actually need to move well, recover fully, and feel genuinely better?

Only $49 per month

Weekly Movement Classes

Join Lawrence live each week for guided movement sessions that build coordination, ease, and body awareness — not just fitness. Each class is a practice, not a workout.

Full On-Demand Library

Every session is recorded and archived. A growing library of movement, breath, and bodywork content you can return to again and again — at your own pace, on your own schedule.

Courses & Programs

A growing library of structured programs — from Flow Rope fundamentals to running mechanics and breathwork. Work through them at your own pace, return to them as your practice deepens, and build a foundation that actually lasts.

Community Engagement

LVL UP Movement isn't a streaming service — it's a living community. Connect with members who take their bodies seriously, share your progress, ask questions, and move alongside people doing the work with the same intention you are.

Video Review with Lawrence

Submit a video of your movement and receive personal feedback from Lawrence. A level of access that was previously only available to elite athletes — now available to every member.

Monthly Masterclass

Once a month, Lawrence goes deep. Each Masterclass focuses on a single theme — a movement pattern, a principle, a system — giving you the context and understanding to make every session more meaningful. Live, recorded, and added to the library.

A LOOK INSIDE

Join Lawrence Online for Live Classes

All weekly classes are recorded and available to playback at your convenience.

Monday Mobility

Start your week by restoring what daily life takes away. Each Monday, Lawrence guides you through a full-body mobility session designed to release tension, recover range of motion, and reconnect with how your body actually moves. The perfect reset — before the week demands anything of you.

Wednesday Mastery

Midweek, we go deeper. Mastery classes explore the principles behind the movement — coordination, body awareness, pattern work, and the finer details that separate someone who exercises from someone who truly understands their body. Challenging, precise, and always illuminating.

Thursday Breath

Most people have never learned to breathe. This class changes that. Every Thursday, Lawrence leads a live session using resonance breathing and movement to reset your nervous system, unlock your diaphragm, and give you a practice you can return to every single day. Simple. Profound. Transformative.

Friday Strength

Finish the week strong. Lawrence's approach to strength isn't about isolated muscle groups or chasing numbers — it's built around how the body moves as a whole system. Gait-informed, fascially integrated, and designed to make you more capable in everything you do on and off the mat.

FAQ

Common Questions

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send us a message and we’ll guide you in the right direction. info@lvlupmovement.com

Is this right for me even if I'm not an athlete?

Absolutely. Lawrence has always worked with both elite athletes and everyday people — and his philosophy applies equally to both. If you have a body and want it to feel better, move better, and serve you longer, LVL UP Movement is built for you. There is no prerequisite fitness level or experience required.

What if I can't attend classes live?

Every live session is recorded and added to the on-demand library, usually within 2 hours. You'll never miss a session. Many members across different time zones build their entire practice through the library — and get just as much from it.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you sign up you get full access to everything inside LVL UP Movement for 7 days — completely free. No restrictions. You'll experience live classes, the library, breathwork, and the community exactly as a paying member would. If it's not for you, cancel before the 7 days are up and you won't be charged anything.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — always. No contracts, no lock-in periods, no cancellation fees. Cancel directly through your account settings at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I access the platform?

LVL UP Movement is hosted on Circle — accessible via web browser on desktop or through the Circle mobile app on iOS and Android. Once you sign up, you'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started immediately.

Are Workshops included in the membership?

No — the guided workshops (Running Revamp, Breathing Course, and Pelvic Floor Workshop) are separate, paid experiences designed for deeper focused learning. Membership gives you access to everything inside LVL UP Movement, but workshops are purchased individually.

What equipment do I need?

Most sessions require little to no equipment — just your body and enough space to move. A Flow Rope is recommended for the Flow Rope training program. Beyond that, no gym, weights, or special setup required.

I'm currently injured. Can I still join?

Yes — and Lawrence's work may be exactly what you need. Much of LVL UP Movement is designed for people dealing with recurring injury, chronic tightness, or movement dysfunction. Lawrence's approach addresses patterns at their source rather than symptoms in isolation. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new movement practice.
