More Than a Rope and a Piece of Cork
On the surface, this is a rope and a block of cork. That is exactly the point. The most profound shifts in how a body moves rarely come from complexity. They come from going deeper into the fundamentals: rotation, rhythm, breath, ground feel, and the nervous system.
Neither tool fixes you — and you are not broken. Your body has simply spent years in chairs, in cushioned shoes, on flat hard surfaces, receiving very little honest information. Each tool gives your body a clear, consistent signal — the Flow Rope from above, the Foot Fixer from below — and your body reorganises around that signal. Together, they work the whole system, head to feet.
Restores natural rotation
Your spine and ribs are designed for side-to-side spiral movement. The Flow Rope reintroduces that motion — gently and progressively — so walking and running become what they were always meant to be: full-body, connected, and light.

The Foot Fixer brings sensation back to the soles of your feet. You start to feel where and how you are loading with every step, instead of moving on autopilot.
Improves posture and gait
